Condo B-201 is a stunning 1,679 square foot 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo located on the second floor of Phase I in the boutique beachfront community of El Encanto de La Laguna. This condo boasts ample living space, very clean contemporary furniture, and excellent views of the Sea of Cortez and Palmilla Point.
The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.
Guests are welcome to use the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outside cooking area, swim-up palapa bar and the fire pit in the common areas. CDC cleaning standards.
Booking requirements
Max occupancy - 4 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.
