The Baja Concierge began the way the best of these do — with one traveler, then a referral, then another.

Founder Jess Eymann built the desk on the ground in Los Cabos, under the parent brand JAE Luxury Travel. For years, every client arrived by introduction. The portfolio of homes, captains, chefs, and relationships grew because the work was good and people talked — not because of advertising.

That origin still shapes how we operate: selectively, discreetly, and entirely on the client's side. We don't take every trip. We take the ones we can deliver exceptionally, and we hold each one through a single point of contact from first inquiry to final departure.

Today our team plans and runs luxury trips across all of Los Cabos — and reaches well beyond it through a global travel network — while keeping the feel of the introduction it started as.
