The Baja Concierge began the way the best of these do — with one traveler, then a referral, then another.
Founder Jess Eymann built the desk on the ground in Los Cabos, under the parent brand JAE Luxury Travel. For years, every client arrived by introduction. The portfolio of homes, captains, chefs, and relationships grew because the work was good and people talked — not because of advertising.
That origin still shapes how we operate: selectively, discreetly, and entirely on the client's side. We don't take every trip. We take the ones we can deliver exceptionally, and we hold each one through a single point of contact from first inquiry to final departure.
Today our team plans and runs luxury trips across all of Los Cabos — and reaches well beyond it through a global travel network — while keeping the feel of the introduction it started as.

Cabo rewards the people who know it, and quietly overcharges everyone else. That gap is the whole reason this desk exists.
Jess started coming to Los Cabos as a traveler, splitting time between Colorado and Baja, and kept running into the same thing: the villa that photographed beautifully and disappointed in person, the boat day that cost twice what it should have, the restaurant everyone recommends that no longer deserves it. Local knowledge was the only thing that closed the gap, and it was not for sale anywhere.
So she built it. Six years on the ground, walking villas before recommending them, meeting the captains, eating in the kitchens. The Baja Concierge grew out of that — first for friends, then referrals, then a business that still takes most of its clients by introduction.
She works as a licensed advisor through Fora Travel, which is what puts preferred-partner rates and hotel perks on the table, and runs The Baja Concierge under her parent company, JAE Luxury Travel. She still personally checks anything before it goes to a client. If a villa has not been seen, it does not get recommended — that rule has not moved since 2020.
