This policy explains what we collect through thebajaconcierge.com and how it is used. For how we handle client information during an engagement, see Terms.

What we collect

• Inquiry forms. The name, email, phone, dates, occasion, and trip details you choose to share. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email.
• Shortlist and guide requests. Your email address, plus which shortlist or guide you asked for.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what device they use. It does not tell us who you are.
• Advertising measurement. If you consent, Google and Meta advertising cookies let us measure which ads lead to inquiries and show our ads to people who have visited this site. We never upload your name, email, or phone to an advertising platform from this website.
• WhatsApp. If you message us through the WhatsApp button, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's terms.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, plan and coordinate the travel you ask us to plan, and improve this site and our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Travel suppliers — villas, yachts, chefs, transportation, and experience providers in Los Cabos — as needed to arrange your trip.
• Fora Travel, the host agency through which bookings are made.
• Licensed Cabo brokerage partners, for real-estate introductions you request.
• Service providers that run this site and our marketing (Netlify, Google, Meta) under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Use the cookie notice on this site to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies; your choice is remembered on this device.
