Pedregal (Cabo San Lucas)
The hillside above the marina — dramatic ocean-view villas, gated and private, a short drive to town. Best for groups and celebrations that want privacy and proximity to the nightlife.
El Tezal & the marina (Cabo San Lucas)
Central and walkable, close to restaurants and the action. Great for a lively bachelor or bachelorette weekend where you want to be in the middle of it.
The Tourist Corridor
The 20-mile stretch between the towns — resorts, golf, and gated villa communities like Cabo del Sol and El Dorado. Central to everything, quieter than downtown. A strong pick for families and golf trips.
Palmilla & Querencia (Corridor / San José)
Refined and established, with some of the area's few genuinely swimmable beaches. Palmilla is polished and family-friendly; Querencia is private and quiet. Best for couples and multigenerational trips that value calm.
San José del Cabo
The quieter town — art galleries, the best restaurant scene, calmer beaches. Ideal if you want culture and food over nightlife.
