We do not take every trip. We work best with people who want the planning lifted off their plate and handed to one capable point of contact — and who would rather arrive to a week that simply works than manage it themselves from a group chat.
$500 — and only when you're ready.
There is no cost to inquire and no deposit to start the conversation. The $500 planning deposit applies once you decide to move forward — it reserves your place on our calendar, begins the curation work, and applies toward your concierge fee. It is the step that starts the planning, never the gate that lets you reach us.

Discovery call
A focused 30-minute conversation to align on the shape of the trip, the budget, the pace, and the non-negotiables.
Deposit & curation
The $500 planning deposit reserves your place and begins the work. Within five business days you receive a tailored plan — with the reasoning behind each recommendation.
Refinement
Two revision rounds to swap properties, adjust menus, extend the yacht day, or tighten the trip until it reads right — then we lock the bookings and route deposits.
On the ground
A local point of contact for the length of the trip, reachable 7am–11pm, handling reservation shifts, transport changes, and day-of requests in real time.

Our story
The Baja Concierge began the way the best of these do — with one traveler, then a referral, then another. Founder Jess Eymann built the desk on the ground in Los Cabos and under the parent brand JAE Luxury Travel, and for years every client arrived by word of mouth. The portfolio of homes, captains, chefs, and relationships grew because the work was good and people talked. It still does.
