Know before you book
Construction is under way on the neighboring lot, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with light work on Saturday mornings, and scaffolding currently limits the ocean view from the house. Rates have been reduced to reflect it. We send photos of the scaffolding with every quote so you can judge it for yourself.
